How spidertech tape is helping my clients

I have been using spidertech tape on my clients for a few months now.  The results are amazing!  I have used the tape for neck stiffness, lower back pain, knee issues and shoulder discomfort.  All of my clients have noticed an improvement.  

I believe that the combination of massage and spidertech tape is very effective in treating a variety of issues.  Clients are reporting that the effects of the massage treatment is lasting much longer when the tape is applied afterwards.

What is spidertech tape?

Spidertech tape is pre-cut and packaged kinesiology tape. It has many different pre-cut applications such as the knee, shoulder, neck  and many others.

There are 3 main reasons to use spidertech taping: 

1. Pain reduction - The is a result of neurological mechanisms that lead to decrease in the perception of pain
2. Prevention - Stabilizes joint while allowing controlled movement within pain free range of motion
3. Performance - Helps decrease any repetitive strain trauma, muscle fatigue and muscle cramping during activity 

This tape is applied to the specific area and is kept on for approximately 3 to 5 days.  It is water resistant, so showering is not a problem. There are 4 different colors of tape blue, red, tan and black. Although kinesiology tape has been around for 30 years, spidertech has only been available for almost a year.
